Hello friends,
Did you know that…
Why a podcast?
For the past several years women have enjoyed sharing their business stories, money woes, marriages, and family matters with me. That process has allowed us to learn and grow from one another and we have come to realize that there are a few commonalities for most of us as we get older: Time is not standing still, life is too short, our loved ones are leaving us, our affairs are a mess from not knowing what to do in our younger years, and we are left to pick up the pieces.
But I have good news for you, I’ve been there. I am a wife, a mother, and a business owner. Pair that with my experience in the financial and insurance industries and I have lived, learned and equipped myself with the tools to empower women to have more money and be better prepared for retirement.
The most important bit of information I can share with you is that it is never too late to do SOMETHING! Start NOW and let’s make the best of where we are and where we can be. I’m your girl! I will show you that today can be a good day and help you on the path to a better tomorrow. I want every one of us to come out strong when it comes to retirement. And we can do that if we take some time to talk about it!
Meet me and a few of my special guests this fall as we discuss your overall financial wellness on my podcast. Conversations will span topics on everyday money matters as the woman navigates her life towards achieving wealth, retirement, and leaving a legacy for her family. This podcast is all about meeting you where you are and helping you get back on track. Join me, Devora Ascott Black, on Retire StrongHer… you will be glad you did.
